Delete Account
To delete your SafedAuto account and the personal data linked to it, send us a request by email — and we will take care of it.
Write to us by email
Tap the address to open your mail app with a ready-made message. Or copy the address and write to us yourself.
What to include in your email
- The phone number linked to the account;
- The first and last name shown in your profile;
- The account email address (if any);
- A short confirmation that you want the account deleted.
What happens after your request
- We review the request and confirm it comes from the account owner;
- Your active listings are removed from publication;
- The account and its related personal data are deleted or anonymized;
- You receive a confirmation email once it is done.
Requests are processed within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer where required by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
