Safed Auto may remove listings or content that:

• Contain inaccurate information;
• Violate the law;
• Contain fraudulent offers;
• Infringe the rights of third parties;
• Conflict with the rules of the Service.

3. Posting, Editing and Deleting Listings

The user may independently edit, archive or delete their posted listings.

Safed Auto reserves the right to restrict access to listings that violate the rules of the Service.

4. Limitation of Liability

Safed Auto provides solely an information platform for posting listings for the sale of vehicles.

Safed Auto is not a party to transactions between sellers and buyers and is not liable for the quality, safety, legality or accuracy of posted listings.

5. Changes to the Terms of Use

Safed Auto may amend these Terms of Use at any time.

The updated version takes effect from the moment it is published in the application or on the official website of the Service.
